We’re hiring experienced Commercial Roofers from Huntsville, Madison, Athens, Decatur, Hartselle, Meridianville, Hazel Green, New Hope, Arab, Fayetteville, TN, and surrounding communities. If you’re experienced with TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal roofing, or other commercial roofing systems and are looking for steady work, competitive pay, weekly pay, and long-term opportunities, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems.
- Remove and replace existing roofing materials.
- Install insulation, flashings, edge metal, drains, and roof accessories.
- Read blueprints, specifications, and work orders.
- Operate roofing tools and equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Follow OSHA safety standards and company safety procedures.
- Work efficiently with crew members to complete projects on schedule.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of commercial roofing experience required
- Must actively be working or have worked as a commercial roofer in the last 6 months to be considered
- Experience with single-ply and low-slope roofing systems preferred.
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and roofing equipment.
- Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification is a plus.
