What’s the role?
You will be responsible for:
Evaluate and purchase second-hand jewellery, gold, and Krugerrands
Build trust with clients via Whats App, phone calls, and face-to-face consultations
Negotiate and close win-win transactions with sellers
Use our lead generation system to qualify prospects and schedule valuations
Maintain clear records in our CRM, ensuring transparency and compliance
Provide exceptional customer service that encourages referrals and reviews
Consistently meet or exceed monthly acquisition and purchase targets
Requirements

Prior experience in jewellery, gold, or luxury goods purchasing/sales
Knowledge of second-hand jewellery and precious metals
Proficiency with CRM tools and digital platforms
