Full-Time Evening Janitorial Training Specialist/Floater
-Full-Time Evenings 5:00PM to 1:30AM

DESCRIPTION:
Duties require moderate physical strength and stamina. Work includes disinfecting and sanitizing, dust mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, waxing, cleaning restrooms, removing trash, polishing furniture, and operating mechanical floor cleaning equipment in a “professional” environments.
REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Disinfecting and sanitizing.
-Police public areas.
-Dust mop, sweep, wet mop floors.
-Vacuum rugs and carpets.
-Scrub and clean restroom fixtures and keep restroom supplied with towels, toilet tissue, soap, and other items.
-Dust and clean walls, doors, windows, woodwork, and other above-floor surfaces.
-Dust, clean, and polish furniture.
-Clean elevators and stairwells.
-Notify supervisor of equipment and facilities needing repair or replacement.
-Perform related work as required and instructed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour
