Service Now ITSM Practitioner Implementer
Our client in Johannesburg is looking for a Service Now ITSM Practitioner Implementer to configure ITSM modules, manage CMDB, and optimise internal IT service management processes and workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Service Now CIS (ITSM) and CSA certifications required.
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
- 3+ years’ Service Now ITSM implementation experience.
- Strong experience with CMDB design and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Service Now ITSM modules and workflows.
- Manage CMDB, including data models, relationships, and accuracy.
- Develop service catalog items and automate ITSM processes.
- Integrate Service Now with internal and external systems.
- Support testing, deployments, upgrades, and documentation.
Key Skills
- Strong Service Now ITSM and CMDB expertise.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide Script, and Flow Designer.
- Analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
