Purpose of the position:
The IT Technician will be responsible for assisting the IT team in maintaining and co-administering our company’s IT systems. The candidate’s primary duties will include maintenance of computer and IT hardware, software, and other related systems and replacing faulty IT hardware components when necessary. The candidate will also be working closely with the users of our systems to identify potential issues and fix existing problems
