Experience: 2-3 years in IT roles, with at least 1-2 years in leadership or management, ideally in a small-to-medium organization.
Technical Knowledge:
In-depth expertise in network infrastructure, cybersecurity practices, and systems administration.
Proficient in cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies.
Strong understanding of enterprise-level IT architecture and integration.
Leadership & Project Management:
Proven ability to lead IT projects from planning through execution, with experience in managing budgets, resources, and timelines.
Skilled in agile and waterfall project management methodologies, with experience in using tools like Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
Cybersecurity & Compliance:
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and relevant compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
Experience implementing security policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring data privacy.
Strategic Planning:
Ability to align IT strategies with business goals, identifying opportunities for technology innovation and efficiency improvements.
Skilled in developing and implementing IT roadmaps that support organizational growth and scalability.
Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:
Exceptional analytical abilities to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Experience with root cause analysis and incident management to minimize downtime and prevent recurring issues.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
Experienced in negotiating and managing relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure optimal service delivery and cost efficiency.
Strong interpersonal skills for effectively communicating with senior management, department heads, and non-technical stakeholders.
