We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate must have ERP system knowledge and 1 to 3 years of IT experience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow within an IT environment that supports core business systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily IT support to staff for hardware, software, printers, and networks.
Troubleshoot, support, and maintain the ERP system to ensure smooth business operations.
Assist users with ERP-related queries and issues.
Work with vendors or developers for escalated ERP and software matters.
Manage IT assets, perform system updates, and ensure data security.
Maintain documentation of IT procedures and ERP workflows.
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant IT experience.
ERP system knowledge is essential (e.g., SAP, Sage, Syspro, Acumatica, or similar).
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of basic networking, system administration, and databases.
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users.
