Tasks
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software systems.
Set up new user accounts and ensure proper configuration of workstations.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and maintain network security.
Document processes and create support guides for end-users.
Requirements
Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role.
Familiarity with call center technologies and telemarketing systems.
