Role Overview

As a Remote IT Support Engineer, you’ll be the first line of defense (and offense) for our clients’ technical needs. You’ll work across multiple environments, troubleshoot diverse systems, and deliver exceptional support with a smile — all while juggling tickets like a pro.

Your prior experience at an MSP means you’re already used to high-paced, multi-client support environments. You know how to prioritize, stay organized, and deliver results with minimal hand-holding.

️ What You’ll Do

Provide remote Level 1–2 technical support for desktops, servers, networks, and cloud services

Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Office 365, and various business applications

Manage and maintain client environments via RMM/PSA tools

Handle ticketing, documentation, and escalation processes efficiently

Set up and configure new workstations, user accounts, and permissions

Maintain backups, patch management, antivirus, and system health across client systems

Collaborate with senior engineers for complex issues and project deployments

Build relationships with clients through proactive support and clear communication

✅ What You Bring

2+ years of IT support experience (Level 1 or 2) with a Managed Service Provider

Strong troubleshooting skills across a variety of platforms and systems

Experience with tools like ConnectWise, Autotask, Datto, Kaseya, or similar

Solid knowledge of networking, Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud services (especially Microsoft 365 & Azure)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask, self-manage, and stay cool under pressure

Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or similar — a big plus
