IT Safety Compliance – Where Technology Meets Safety
We are seeking an IT Safety Compliance Specialist to support our growing trucking and brokerage operations. This role is ideal for someone who understands FMCSA regulations and knows how to leverage technology to keep drivers, equipment, and freight fully compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
Mange digital safety files, ELD data, and compliance platforms
Monitor carrier and driver safety performance using IT systems
Oversee document automation: insurance, COI, MVRs, PSPs, and onboarding packets
Ensure accurate reporting for inspections, incidents, and regulatory audits
Support dispatch, drivers, and brokers with tech-based safety workflows
Maintain data integrity across TMS, ELD and compliance software
Ideal Candidate:
Strong understanding of FMCSA rules and transportation safety
Experience with ELD systems, TMS platforms, and digital compliance tools
Detail-driven, organized and comfortable working with data
Able to communicate clearly with drivers, carriers, and internal teams
Proactive problem-solver with a tech-forward mindset
