Position: 360 IT Recruiter ( JHB/CT)
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded IT Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Johannesburg or Cape Town
. This role is ideal for someone who already has 360 recruitment experience within an external recruitment agency and is ready to take the next step in building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality talent solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle (business development, client management, and candidate delivery)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships within the IT sector
- Source, screen, and place high-quality IT professionals
- Develop and manage your own client portfolio and pipeline
- Advertise roles, headhunt, and build strong candidate networks
- Manage the recruitment process from brief to placement and aftercare
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in recruitment within an external agency environment
- Experience recruiting within the IT or technology sector preferred
- Relevant Diploma or Degree
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset
