We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives from conception through delivery. You’ll oversee cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure alignment between technical deliverables and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
Manage full project lifecycle for multiple concurrent IT initiatives
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation
Lead Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies as project requires
Mitigate risks and resolve issues impacting project deliverables
Report project status to executive stakeholders with technical and financial clarity
Technical Oversight:
Coordinate between business units and technical teams (developers, engineers, analysts)
Evaluate technical solutions and make build-vs-buy recommendations
Ensure architecture alignment with enterprise standards
Oversee system integration and data migration activities
Manage vendor relationships for third-party solutions
Delivery Management:
Track project metrics (velocity, burn rate, quality indicators)
Conduct sprint planning and milestone reviews
Manage change control processes
Qualifications:
Education: Degree or related qualification
Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Project Management
Certifications (Optional): Relevant certifications such as:
PMP (Project Management Professional)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
PRINCE2 Practitioner
