The incumbent, IT Project Manager, will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing information technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet project objectives. This involves managing various aspects such as defining project goals, determining system requirements, creating schedules, and building budgets. The role also includes leading and guiding project teams and acting as a point of contact for clients or stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Planning:
Defining project scope, objectives, and requirements.
Resource Allocation:
Identifying and allocating necessary resources, including personnel, budgets, and technology.
Project Execution:
Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects stay on track.
Team Management:
Leading, motivating, and guiding project teams.
Stakeholder Communication:
Keeping stakeholders informed about project progress and addressing any issues.
Quality Assurance:
Ensuring projects meet defined quality standards and requirements.
Risk Management:
Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks.
Change Management:
Managing changes to project scope, timelines, or budget.
Problem Solving:
Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Technical Expertise:
Understanding of IT systems, technologies, and methodologies.
Project Management Methodologies:
Knowledge of Agile, Candy, Waterfall, or other frameworks.
Communication Skills:
Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
Leadership Skills:
Ability to lead and motivate teams.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Time Management Skills:

Budgeting Skills:
Ability to manage project budgets and track expenses.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related IT discipline, along with 3-5 years of experience in Construction, focusing on business analysis and systems analysis, or similar roles.
Specific skills and certifications:
Six Sigma, Business Analysis (FTI), Agile methodologies, Candy, or related certifications can be advantageous.
Note: The position requires experience in the Construction Industry space.
