A company that specializes in high-quality, durable household products, including cookware sold through direct marketing with personalized service, is looking for a professional and dedicated IT Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Manage IT systems, ensuring efficiency and security.
Oversee budgets, backups, and training.
Support CRM and ERP systems like Sage 300 and Sage CRM.
Plan, organize, and evaluate IT systems and electronic data processing.
Develop and implement IT and telecommunication policies and procedures.
Collaborate with managers to assess system requirements, costs, and timelines.
Hire and manage IT personnel and contractors.
Manage IT budgets and expenditures.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems.
Train staff on current and new technology.
Manage firewalls, user accounts, and network access.
Configure and manage backup solutions.
Manage Sage 300 (Accpac) and Sage CRM systems.
Provide first-line support and training to end users.
Minimum Requirements:
National Diploma in IT or equivalent certifications (A, N, Microsoft Certification).
5-10 years of IT Management experience.
At least 8 years of experience with:
Computer hardware, software systems, and programs.
Computer networks, administration, and installation.
Troubleshooting, virus management, and cybersecurity.
Microsoft Windows and Server Operating Systems.
Active Directory and Terminal Services.
Database structures and data extraction.
Sage 300 (Accpac) and Sage CRM (front-end and back-end).
IIS, Web Services, SSRS Report Writing.
WMS and API Integration.
Java or Angular JSdebuggingskills.
Strong management, supervisory, and team-building skills.
Analytical,problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Effective verbal and writtencommunication skills.
Time management and stress management skills.
Attributes including honesty, respectfulness, cultural awareness,flexibility, and trustworthiness.
