What you will be doing:
Build and nurture strong partnerships with both technical and non-technical teams, fostering a collaborative and trusting environment.
Collaborate closely with business owners and product managers to translate business needs into project deliverables (Epics, features, user stories, and UI mockups/wireframes).
Act as a liaison between business partners, product managers, and technology teams to define features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring their timely implementation.
Organise and lead engaging requirement-gathering sessions with diverse stakeholders.
Plan sprints, manage the backlog, and maintain momentum for yourself and the team.
Team up with technical resources to develop solutions that meet customer expectations.
What our client is looking for:
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related IT field.
Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to convert business functionality and opportunities into clear, concise, and easy-to-read artifacts, including UI mockups, user stories, and functional requirements.
The ability to think analytically, solve problems, make decisions, and collaborate and work with a team in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to interact and develop relationships with all levels of personnel, including management, from both business and technology teams.
Work Type:
Hybrid with 3 days in their Cape Town or Centurion office
