Casidra currently seeks to recruit an IT Graduate.
The successful candidate will report to the IT Systems Officer.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues / queries
Install and configure software, hardware for desktops and laptops
Upkeep of desktops and laptops
Maintenance: ensure that systems are backed up and that all backups are in working order
Document all tasks, duties and assets
Provide solutions for frequently asked questions
Remote support for remote sites
Support: internal and external stakeholders
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A recently completed tertiary IT qualification (A+ or N+)
An IT qualification relating to MCSE would be advantageous
Excellent understanding of MS Windows, MS Office, TCP/IP, Printers
Ability to multitask & use Initiative
Good knowledge of PC’s and fault-finding
Valid driver’s license
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Graduate
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Up to R7Â 000,00 per month
