Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the IT operations department, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company’s overall strategy.
Develop and implement effective plans to improve IT service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
Manage budgets and resources to ensure that the IT department operates within approved financial parameters.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in IT operations and management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
