You will be surrounded by cutting-edge technologies and will have the opportunity to work on various projects that will foster your growth and development. Additionally, there is an option for voluntary overtime work, providing you with the chance to earn extra income.
The team will be working with a ticket queue and pickup minor and large sized tasks related to supported applications. Responsible for supporting, diagnosing and maintaining bespoke and enterprise level applications.
Design and deploy quality automated solutions to assist clients and internal teams to deliver requirements.
What skills and experience do I need to succeed?
We are seeking a dynamic professional with at least three years of experience in the relevant field. If you have a strong background in Microsoft client and server OS and applications, and possess in-depth knowledge of a Citrix environment, we want to hear from you. Your troubleshooting and scripting skills are essential for this role.
