Responsibilities:
Monitoring of Encapsulation Department
Monitor weights, capsules, and liquid fills.•Perform fill mass, moisture, thickness, and viscosity tests.•Conduct visual inspections of item codes and packaging integrity.
Monitoring of Tableting Department
Monitor tablet weights.•Perform disintegration, hardness, thickness, and friability tests.•Conduct visual inspections of item codes and product integrity.
Monitoring of Packaging Department
Inspect packed units for empty cavities, broken contents, and discrepancies.•Conduct leak tests on blister-sealed packaging.•Confirm stock codes, batch numbers, expiry dates, and bulk descriptions.•Apply processes to various packaging types (blisters, doy packs, glass, plastic).•Conduct visual inspections of item codes and packaging integrity.
Grade 12.•Production floor experience in a GMP facility.•1-2 years of in-process quality control experience.•Accuracy and attention to detail•Numerical skills•Effective communication•Organizational skills
