Position: Invoice Clerk (Automotive)

We have an exciting new vacancy for a Administrative Personal Assistant for a company within the automotive industry in Pretoria.

Duties

Administrative tasks performed for the dealership;
Invoicing of vehicles, handing of stationary. Acting as Personal assistant to Director.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an Invoice Clerk or Administrative assistant.
  • Must have experience in the motor industry.
  • Knowledge of automotive systems like Automate, Evolve, Kerridge etc.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Grade 12/Matric.
  • Clear criminal record.
  • Valid driver’s license.
