This is not a stock controller role with a new title.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who owns inventory from the floor up. You will run full wall-to-wall stock takes, enforce WMS and SOP discipline across every warehouse zone, and hold your team accountable for accuracy that hits 99% or better.
You bring at least 5 years of warehouse inventory experience, proven WMS administration, and a track record of writing and enforcing SOPs that actually get followed.
