Inventory Auditor Jobs in White River at Christie Group
We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Auditor to join our warehouse team. This role is critical in ensuring stock accuracy, investigating variances, and maintaining high inventory standards. Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts.
· Perform stock take preparations, execution, and post-count analysis.
· Identify and investigate stock variances and discrepancies.
· Ensure stock accuracy and integrity across all warehouse zones.
· Audit inbound (receiving, GRV/GRN) and outbound (picking, staging, invoicing) transactions.
· Verify stock rotation (FIFO), expiry dates, and batch tracking.
· Report on inventory adjustments, wastage, shrinkage, and damage.
· Maintain and audit storage locations – pick faces, racking, and bulk areas.
· Collaborate with the Inventory Supervisor and Warehouse Manager on inventory control improvements.
· Ensure compliance with internal processes and audit standards.
· Assist with WMS/ERP data accuracy and updates.
Requirements:
Previous experience in inventory auditing, stock control, or a similar warehouse role.
Solid knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory systems (WMS/ERP).
Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to work independently and within a team.
Strong problem-solving and investigation skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Flexible with working hours, including weekends or overtime if required.
Reliable, honest, and self-disciplined.
