Key Responsibilities

- Escalate queries where required, following internal processes
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years contact centre experience
- Proven chat support experience (non‑negotiable)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A customer‑centric and empathetic approach
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts between 09:00 and 24:00
