Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑quality customer service within a medical environment

  • Deliver accurate information while maintaining a calm and professional approach
  • Ensure excellent service standards are met consistently
  • Escalate queries where required, following internal processes

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years contact centre experience
  • Proven chat support experience (non‑negotiable)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A customer‑centric and empathetic approach
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts between 09:00 and 24:00
