About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented International Compliance Manager to lead our compliance documentation function and manage a small, high-performing team. This role is essential in ensuring that all client-related documentation and processes are maintained to the highest standard and in full compliance with international regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the creation, management, and maintenance of all documentation related to global mobility and compliance.
Develop and update comprehensive guides on immigration policies, customs regulations, tax laws, housing, transportation, healthcare, and more.
Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and legal compliance of all documentation related to visa applications, work permits, customs clearance, and other international services.
Coordinate with internal departments and external experts to gather and verify required information.
Monitor international regulatory changes and assess their impact on client services.
Draft, implement, and manage internal compliance policies and procedures.
Train and support internal teams to ensure consistent adherence to compliance standards.
Maintain meticulous records and ensure all documentation is current and accessible.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a compliance, international documentation, or similar regulatory role.
Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of international immigration policies, customs procedures, and regulatory frameworks is highly advantageous.
Background in executive support or personal assistant roles is a plus.
Strong customer service orientation.
