Joluka is a well‑established manufacturing company serving the South African construction industry. We are currently looking for a reliable, organised, and hands‑on Internal Sales & Stores Coordinator to join our Cape Town team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of internal sales, administration, and stock control, and who is comfortable working in a physical manufacturing and warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Internal Sales and Administration
- Handling internal sales enquiries and assisting customers
- Preparing quotations and sales documentation
- Processing orders accurately and efficiently
- Providing general administrative support to the sales and operations team
Store & Stock Control
- Managing and maintaining accurate stock records
- Receiving, checking, and issuing stock
- Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with stock counts
- Ensuring stock is organised and stored correctly
Operation Support
- Assisting with loading and dispatch of products (up to 25kg)
- Supporting day‑to‑day warehouse and store activities
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
Minimum Requirements
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg
- Computer-literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience or understanding of stock control
- Valid driver’s licence
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written)
- Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Advantageous (Not Essential)
- Forklift operating experience
- Previous exposure to a manufacturing or construction‑related environment
