Job Opportunity: Internal Sales Representative
Location: Pietermaritzburg / KwaZulu-Natal
Salary: R6,000 – R10,000 per month

Are you a motivated individual with a knack for customer service and sales? We’re seeking an Internal Sales Representative to join a well-established engineering supplies business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with technical products, and is eager to support a growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming sales inquiries and respond promptly and professionally.
Assist customers with product selection and offer basic technical advice.
Prepare quotes and process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain and update customer information and sales records.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
Provide general administrative and office support when needed.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Accounting Software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Valid driver’s license.
Aptitude test will be required during the hiring process.
Preferred Experience:
1–2 years in internal sales or customer service (preferably in industrial or engineering supplies).
Understanding of technical or engineering terminology is a strong advantage.
