Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service at the sales counter
- Assist walk-in customers with needs and inquiries
- Handle customer interactions via email and telephonically with professionalism and efficiency
- Effectively cross-sell and upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric essential
- Computer Literate
- Proven experience in sales and customer service
- Experience in the retail or technical industry is highly beneficial
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
Package & Remuneration
Basic salary (Depending on experience) + commision (Capped at R35K)
