Basic Requirements:
Reliable vehicle for commuting to client appointments.
Laptop (running Windows 10 or higher) and cell phone.
Financial stability to support yourself for 3 to 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and renters.
Conduct consultations to understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions.
Property Transactions:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties with professionalism and expertise.
Price and market properties effectively for sellers.
Support buyers in finding their dream properties and organise viewings.
Negotiate offers and terms to ensure successful transactions.
Market Expertise:
Stay informed about market trends, property values, and local regulations. Advise clients on market conditions and investment opportunities.
Create engaging property listings, complete with descriptions, photos, and virtual tours.
Host show houses and execute marketing campaigns to attract buyers or tenants.
