The Road Accident Fund’s Mission
To provide timely and equitable assistance to those affected by motor vehicle accidents through the provision of appropriate social benefits to ensure financial relief and recovery for qualifying individuals.
Purpose of the Job
The Road Accident Fund is committed to youth skills development by providing graduates with an opportunity to gain work-based experience. Applications are invited for the Learning and Development Internship for unemployed graduates between the ages of 18 and 25. The internship program will run for a period of eighteen (18) months.
Key Performance Areas
- Skills Development Administration
- Assisting in the preparation of induction
- Assisting in preparing research documents
- Creation of PRs and follow‑ups
- Assisting in compliance of skills development reports
- Assist in administration of learners and intern programmes
- Assist in data clearing for WSP
- General office administration in the learning and development space
Qualifications and Other Requirements
- Certified Grade 12
- Certified copy of your
- Certified copy of HR Advanced Diploma / Degree
- Added advantage:
Certification in ETDP (Education Training and Development Practices) at NQF 4/5 / SDF certificate - Certified copy of Academic transcript

Remuneration
The interns will be awarded a monthly stipend.
