We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Postgre
SQL, Kafka, and AWS. The ideal candidate brings a solid background in building and delivering scalable, high-performance systems, with a strong focus on back-end development, system integration, and cloud-based solutions. This role requires a detail-oriented problem solver who can thrive in a collaborative environment and contribute to the full software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stackapplications with a focus on scalable back-end systems
- Design and implement APIs and microservicesusing Java and Spring Boot
- Work with Postgre
SQL, Kafka, and AWS to build reliable and efficient data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality software aligned to business requirements
- Identify and resolve system issues, ensuringoptimal performance and stability
- Contribute to technical design, code reviews,and continuous improvement practices
Qualifications
- Grade 12 National Certificate (Minimum)
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology (Preferred)
- 4-5 years’ proven experience in full stacksoftware development, project delivery and implementation (in relevantdevelopment technologies/language). Experience with back-end frameworks andtechnologies
- Prior experience in the Telco industry (OSS/BSSBilling systems)
