Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Business Analyst to join our team on-site in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of functional analysis, customer requirements, and data structures. This role involves working within a hybrid Waterfall/Agile approach.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer requirements and ensure alignment with the existing platform and design.
Identify constraints and provide solutions that fit within current business processes.
Assist in specification work, ensuring clear and accurate documentation.
Support the migration from Excel to Jira & Confluence, ensuring the transition is well-structured and effective.
Assess storage solutions for business documentation and data.
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance customer experience and define the ideal user journey.
Provide implementation guidance and recommendations.
Skills & Experience Required
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong understanding of functional analysis and customer experience.
Ability to work with data tables (not a technical BA role but must grasp data structures).
Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
Previous exposure to Jira & Confluence is beneficial.
