EnviroGreenery is a growing office plant service company based in Nashua, NH. We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated person interested in a stable, long-term position maintaining indoor plants at commercial customer locations throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working on their own, takes pride in doing a job well, and would rather have a hands-on job than spend the day behind a desk.
About the Position
As an Indoor Plant Service Specialist, you will drive a company vehicle to customer locations and be responsible for the routine care and maintenance of indoor plants.
Your day will typically involve:
- Traveling to multiple customer locations according to a scheduled route
- Watering, fertilizing, pruning, cleaning, and otherwise caring for indoor plants
- Inspecting plants for pests, disease, watering issues, and other problems
- Following established plant-care procedures
- Keeping your route on schedule and completing your work accurately
- Maintaining a professional relationship with customers and their employees
- Working independently with minimal direct supervision
You will have a great deal of independence, but with that independence comes responsibility. You will be expected to manage your time, stay on schedule, follow instructions, and take ownership of the quality of your work.

- Enjoys working with plants and has a genuine interest in learning about horticulture
- Is organized and able to manage a daily route
- Is patient and comfortable performing routine, detailed work
- Is professional and courteous when working at customer locations
- Is looking for a stable, long-term job, rather than a short-term position
- Has a consistent employment history and can demonstrate reliability
Plant experience is a strong plus
Previous experience with indoor plants, gardening, nurseries, greenhouses, horticulture or floral work is preferred, however this position is also perfect for a detailed oriented person who is responsible and enjoys working independently.
You do not need to be a horticulture expert—we provide training—but you should have a genuine interest in plants and be willing to learn.
Important Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- No DUI convictions, license suspensions, or serious driving violations
- Comfortable driving a company vehicle to customer locations throughout NH and MA
- Some city driving may be required
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Able to stand, bend, reach, and perform routine physical tasks throughout the workday
- Reliable transportation to our Nashua location
