Position: INTERIM PROJECT MANAGER? NON-PERFORMING LOANS (PROPERTY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST) – 12 MONTHS CONTRACT
The Gauteng Partnership Fund (GPF) invites suitably qualified and experienced individuals to apply for the position of Interim Project Manager:
Non-Performing Loans (Property Operations Specialist) 12 Months Contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing GPF’s NPL Recovery Programme and supporting the NPL Committee and Executive Committee (Exco) in addressing and resolving the organisation’s non-performing loan portfolio.
Purpose of the Job
To lead and manage the implementation of the Gauteng Partnership Fund’s (GPF) Non-Performing Loans (NPL) Recovery Programme by overseeing recovery strategies, repossession processes, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. The role aims to ensure the effective resolution of distressed assets, enhance value creation, support legal enforcement efforts, and reduce the overall NPL portfolio in alignment with GPF’s strategic objectives and development finance mandate.
