Job Description
Assisting new and existing merchants with integrating into the various systems we support. Using existing products and services as well as designing new ones to meet merchant’s needs.

Responsibilities
Assist merchants and their developers with Integration and technical related queries
Support our own internal teams with escalated queries
Assist our Customer Service, Sales and Onboarding departments with consultations and customer engagements
Manage Integration projects for Enterprise merchants – Being the main technical point of contact to advise on all Integration related queries throughout the integration process
Create Integration documents detailing Enterprise Merchant integrations
Join meetings with merchants and their developers when required – Troubleshooting and configuration assistance
Use our own sandbox environment and testing tools to help troubleshoot integration and technical issues merchants require assistance with
Submit Knowledge Base items monthly – Internal and external Knowledge Base
Plugin testing and troubleshooting
Qualifications
HTML knowledge, essential
Experience with either PostMan, Chrome Developer Tools, or FileZilla
Highly computer literate, especially with regards to internet matters
Solid knowledge of eCommerce, Payments and transacting online (online shopping, internet banking)
Proficient in written and spoken English
Helpful, willing, and friendly attitude
Elevated level of professionalism and work ethic
The ability to self-manage
A natural curiosity of anything technical and how to solve those issues (if you do not know the answer, you will persist, do research, and help the customer to the very end)
Experience in Customer Service, a bonus
Understanding PHP (or any other programming language) a bonus
Experience integrating with any payment gateway, a great bonus
Diploma/degree/course in any computer-related field, a bonus
