Integrated Designer – Fully remote Jobs in Johannesburg, South Africa at Recru-it
Our client seeks a creative and highly skilled Integrated Designer to join their dynamic team. This role requires a passionate individual with a keen eye for design, strong proficiency in the Adobe Suite, and a flair for motion graphics. The Integrated Designer will work closely with the Head of Marketing / Marketing Manager to produce visually compelling content that aligns with our clients brand identity and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities :
Design and Development :
Create high-quality visuals for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and more.
Motion Graphics :
Develop engaging motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects and other relevant tools.
Brand Consistency :
Ensure all design work is consistent with the company brand guidelines and visual identity.
Collaboration :
Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative ideas for campaigns and projects.
Web Design :
Assist in website design and styling using basic HTML / CSS skills.
Project Management :
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
Continuous Learning :
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
Qualifications :
Experience :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a remote working environment.
Software Proficiency :
Expert knowledge of Adobe Suite and Canva Pro (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with After Effects and other motion graphics software is highly desirable.
Web Skills :
Basic understanding of HTML / CSS and web design principles.
Creativity :
Strong creative vision with an ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
Communication :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate with team members.
Attention to Detail :
High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Time Management :
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Additional Skills :
Experience with UX / UI design.
Knowledge of video editing software.
Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
