Job Description
As an Inspector Team Leader, you’ll be reporting to a Global Operations Manager and working as part of our Operations team.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Be To
Supervisethe team of inspectors in Turkey and Jordan and oversee their performance through Key Performance Indicators. Take actions based on their results.
Actas a trainer and coach, provide technical support and guidance to inspectors and conduct performance evaluations and on-site audits.
Builda sense of belonging to QIMA for all members of the team, including the freelance inspectors.
Propose and implementsolutions to improve standards of service to prevent issues that may impact the quality of inspections.
Leadthe claim investigations received from clients and implement the corrective action plans.
RepresentQIMA during meetings with customers to support the sales development in the region, provide technical expertise, and kickoff inspection programs.
Overseeall operational aspects of the inspection program of the KA clients in the regions.
Maintaingood working relationships with all the suppliers and factories where we inspect.
Optimize and reduce costsin the region.
Qualifications
In order to be successful in this role, you must have:
Bachelor or master’s degree in Textile Engineering. Knowledge and experience in the textile industry. (Mandatory)
Strong familiarity with Quality Management Systems and quality procedures in a production environment
Practical experience in performing QC inspections
Goodanalytical skills– ability to analyze data and propose improvement plans
Ability to travel all over Turkey and Jordan to meet your team members and to visit clients and factories
Excellent command of English and Turkish (spoken and written)
