To provide sales and service advice and support relating to campaign and “upsell” opportunities to existing client base.
Minimum Qualifications:
1 – 2 years experience in a similar environment
Certificate FET (Private and Public) [Level TBA:
Pre-2009 was L5] in Generic Management
Responsibilities Process
Ensure consistent management of information.
Accountable for own work quality, standards, and outputs related to policies, procedures, and defined processes.
Proactively identify problems, apply known solutions, and escalate more difficult problems.
Plan for task execution and adjust priorities against an established plan.
Customer
Executes activities to ensure customer service delivery that meets or exceeds customer expectations aligned to Treating the Customer Fairly (TCF) principles.
Actively calls clients as part of “upsell” campaigns by explaining the benefits of potential solutions to them.
Informs and educates customers on products to ensure retention of existing customers and increase sales revenues by explaining cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
Offers simple solutions to clients based on predetermined campaigns utilising scripts.
Finance
Adhere to specified standards, policies, and procedures to prevent potential losses/wastage.
Learning and Growth
Contribute positively to own area-specific knowledge improvement.
Governance
Comply with set governance and compliance procedures and processes related to an area of work and continuously identify, rectify, and escalate risks where necessary.
