About DolFinContent

DolFinContent is a fast-growing influencer talent management agency representing creators across social media.

We work directly with brands, agencies, and influencer marketing partners to secure and manage paid partnerships for the talent we represent.

As our roster and volume of inbound brand opportunities continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Influencer Partnerships Manager based in South Africa to take ownership of inbound brand deals from initial inquiry through negotiation and closing.

The Role

This is a commercial, deal-focused position.

You will manage inbound opportunities from brands and agencies interested in working with our creators. Your responsibility is to turn qualified opportunities into signed partnerships while protecting our creators’ value and maintaining strong relationships with brands and agencies.

You will be responsible for the full negotiation process, including responding to inquiries, recommending creators, setting and communicating rates, negotiating deliverables and usage rights, closing agreements, and coordinating internally once a campaign is confirmed.

We are specifically looking for someone who already understands the influencer marketing and talent management industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound brand and agency partnership inquiries for our roster of creators
  • Respond quickly and professionally to new opportunities
  • Understand campaign briefs and identify the most appropriate creators from our roster
  • Build and send creator shortlists when brands are looking for talent
  • Quote appropriate creator rates based on campaign scope, deliverables, usage, exclusivity, platform, and creator profile
  • Negotiate rates, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, timelines, and other commercial terms
  • Maximize deal value while maintaining realistic pricing that allows opportunities to close
  • Follow up consistently with brands and agencies until opportunities are won or closed
  • Review campaign agreements and ensure negotiated commercial terms are accurately reflected
  • Secure creator approval before finalizing partnerships
  • Maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and influencer marketing partners
  • Coordinate closely with Talent Managers and Campaign Coordinators once deals are confirmed
  • Maintain accurate records of negotiations, rates, deal stages, and outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional creators when a brand is looking for multiple influencers
  • Help increase the agency’s overall deal volume, close rate, and revenue

Who We’re Looking For

Previous professional experience at an influencer marketing agency, creator management agency, talent management agency, or similar creator-economy business is strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate has personally handled brand negotiations and paid influencer partnerships, rather than only campaign execution or creator onboarding.

You should have:

  • Previous experience in influencer marketing, talent management, creator partnerships, or a closely related agency environment
  • Hands-on experience negotiating paid creator/influencer brand deals
  • Strong understanding of influencer rates and campaign pricing
  • Knowledge of deliverables such as TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, Stories, YouTube integrations, and Shorts
  • Understanding of usage rights, paid media/whitelisting, exclusivity, licensing, and campaign timelines
  • Strong commercial instincts and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand when to push for a higher rate and when a realistic counteroffer is more likely to close the deal
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Strong email communication skills
  • Ability to manage a high volume of simultaneous conversations and negotiations
  • Excellent organization and follow-up discipline
  • A proactive, revenue-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment

Strong Advantage If You Have

  • Existing relationships with influencer marketing agencies or brands
  • Experience representing multiple creators simultaneously
  • Experience working with US-based brands or agencies
  • Experience with CRM or deal-tracking systems such as HubSpot
  • Experience reviewing influencer campaign agreements
  • A demonstrated track record of closing influencer partnerships

Compensation

  • $1,000 USD monthly base salary
  • Uncapped commission based on successfully closed business
  • Significant earning potential for someone who consistently closes partnerships
  • Opportunity to grow alongside a rapidly expanding international talent agency

Working Hours

This is a South Africa-based remote position working closely with a US-based team and international clients.

Candidates must be comfortable with working hours that provide meaningful overlap with the EU-US Eastern Time Zone.

Important

This is not an entry-level influencer marketing position and is not primarily a social media management role.

We are looking for someone who understands the business side of the creator economy and can confidently manage conversations with brands, negotiate creator partnerships, and close deals.

If you have previously worked at an influencer marketing agency or talent management agency and have direct experience negotiating brand deals for creators, we would love to hear from you.

To Apply

Please submit your CV and briefly answer the following:

  1. Which influencer marketing, talent management, or creator agencies have you previously worked for?
  2. What types of creator brand deals have you personally negotiated?
  3. Approximately how many brand negotiations or creator partnerships did you manage per month?
  4. What was your role in pricing, negotiation, and closing?
  5. Are you comfortable working with significant overlap with US Eastern Time?
  6. What is your current notice period?
