Role Overview
We are hiring an Influencer Marketing Specialist to support end-to-end creator partnerships and campaign execution.
This is a hands-on role for someone who has worked fully in influencer marketing (not as a secondary responsibility) and understands how to manage creators, coordinate campaigns, and drive performance.
You will be responsible for supporting creator sourcing, campaign execution, communication, and performance tracking across multiple partnerships.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple campaigns running simultaneously.
Salary: $1,700 – $1,900 USD per month
Type: Full-time
Timezone: Availability to work U.S. business hours
Key Responsibilities
- Manage influencer and creator partnerships from outreach through execution
- Support creator sourcing, vetting, and onboarding processes
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and communication with creators
- Track campaign performance, content delivery, and creator output
- Maintain organized records of campaigns, creators, and performance data
- Collaborate with internal teams on campaign strategy and execution
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet quality expectations
- Monitor creator communication and follow up to ensure deliverables are completed
- Support reporting on campaign performance and insights
- Assist in identifying high-performing creators and partnership opportunities
Requirements
- Resume in English.
- Native or near-native English proficiency (spoken and written).
- 2 -3 years of full-time, dedicated experience in influencer marketing or creator management is a must.
- Experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end (not as a secondary responsibility)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and creators
- Experience using tools such as Google Sheets, Notion, CRM systems, or project management platforms
- Strong communication skills for managing creator relationships and internal coordination
- Ability to track deliverables, timelines, and campaign performance
- Proactive mindset with strong follow-up and execution discipline
