To amplify our brand presence, we’re seeking a dynamic Influencer and Blogger Outreach Specialist to build and nurture relationships with top creators and bloggers on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and beyond. Your work will drive our influencer and blogger marketing strategies, connecting us with trendsetters who share our vision of innovation and simplicity.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Influencer Marketing Specialist at NOCA. The role involves collaborating with influencers to create engaging content, developing influencer marketing strategies, managing influencer relationships, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizing influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive outreach strategy to foster collaborations with influential bloggers, creators, and niche communities across digital platforms.

Increase brand mentions, backlinks, and content collaborations with high-impact blogs and websites in technology, SaaS, and AI-related industries.

Identify and connect with top bloggers, influencers, and creators globally, building meaningful partnerships that align with our brand values and goals.

Cultivate strong relationships with niche websites, media outlets, and online communities.

Coordinate with our marketing team to ensure influencer content aligns with our brand strategy and resonates with our audience.

Qualifications:

Influencer Experience: Being an influencer yourself, with an established presence and following on social platforms, is a significant advantage. 

Proven Experience: At least 2 years in influencer outreach, creator success management, or a similar role with hands-on experience on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or LinkedIn.

Relationship-Building Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for creating authentic, impactful partnerships.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS, technology, or AI is a big plus.

Content Savvy: A solid understanding of what makes influencer content engaging, viral, and effective.
