Internship Overview
We are offering an opportunity for a motivated Industrial Engineering Intern to join our team. This internship will provide valuable industry exposure, hands-on training, and practical experience in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and efficiency improvements within our production and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in analyzing and improving manufacturing processes for increased efficiency.
Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workflows.
Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles.
Assist in data collection, process mapping, and performance analysis.
Collaborate with various departments to improve operational effectiveness.
Assist in cost reduction initiatives and waste minimization.
Support quality assurance and process control initiatives.
Requirements:
Must be currently pursuing or have recently completed a National Diploma/Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles (advantageous).
