We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Industrial Engineer to drive business process optimisation, continuous improvement, and innovation across the organisation.

This role focuses on improving operational efficiency through project execution, process analysis, data-driven insights, and innovation initiatives, ensuring measurable impact on business performance.

Minimum Requirements

Education

  • BSc/BEng in Industrial Engineering
  • Additional exposure to Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, or Data Analytics is advantageous.

Experience

  • 3–5 years relevant experience in:
  • Process improvement
  • Data analysis
  • Operational environments.
  • Experience with tools such as: Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python (advantageous)

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional projects
  • Track milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting

Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in Kaizen initiatives to identify inefficiencies and process gaps
  • Conduct process mapping to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
  • Monitor and track the impact of process improvements

Data Analytics

  • Collect, clean, and analyse operational data to generate insights
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with BI and data teams to support decision-making

Innovation & Process Engineering

  • Support innovation initiatives, pilots, and proof-of-concepts
  • Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of business processes and operational models
