We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Industrial Engineer to drive business process optimisation, continuous improvement, and innovation across the organisation.
This role focuses on improving operational efficiency through project execution, process analysis, data-driven insights, and innovation initiatives, ensuring measurable impact on business performance.
Minimum Requirements
Education
- BSc/BEng in Industrial Engineering
- Additional exposure to Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, or Data Analytics is advantageous.
Experience
- 3–5 years relevant experience in:
- Process improvement
- Data analysis
- Operational environments.
- Experience with tools such as: Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python (advantageous)
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional projects
- Track milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion
- Maintain project documentation and reporting
Continuous Improvement
- Participate in Kaizen initiatives to identify inefficiencies and process gaps
- Conduct process mapping to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
- Monitor and track the impact of process improvements
Data Analytics
- Collect, clean, and analyse operational data to generate insights
- Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with BI and data teams to support decision-making
Innovation & Process Engineering
- Support innovation initiatives, pilots, and proof-of-concepts
- Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation
- Contribute to continuous improvement of business processes and operational models
