We are pleased to announce the launch of our comprehensive 1-year Induction Internship Program. This initiative is designed to provide participants with valuable workplace experience and specialized internal training in production. The program offers a unique opportunity for individuals to develop their skills, gain significant work experience, and enhance individuals’ employability.
Responsibilities
Immerse yourself in a dynamic industry and gain valuable insights by working on projects in our production department. Our facilities offer an ideal environment for hands-on learning. Benefit from mentorship by experienced professionals eager to share their expertise.
Duration of Program: 12 months period
Induction internship candidates will work full-time at SOILL Moorreesburg and participate in scheduled training sessions, receiving a stipend as compensation for their work during the program.
Requirements
Applicants should have completed their grade 12 or NQF 4
A strong interest in food manufacturing environment
