Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Inbound Tour Operator Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling bookings, preparing travel itineraries, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring the smooth operation of inbound tours.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and confirm inbound travel arrangements including accommodation, transport, activities, and guides
Manage bookings and issue confirmations, invoices, and travel documents
Communicate effectively with international agents and clients
Liaise with local service providers to ensure quality and timely service delivery
Handle client queries, amendments, and last-minute changes efficiently
Maintain accurate records and tour files
Support the tour operations team with general administrative tasks
Requirements:
Previous experience in inbound tourism or a travel agency environment preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English essential; additional languages a plus)
Proficient in MS Office and travel booking systems
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Customer-focused attitude and team spirit
