Job Description
Minimum 12 months of Sales Experience
Must have excellent command over English Language
Dedicated to High Quality experience for customers
Ability to identify stated and unstated customer needs
Being a travel consultant and help customers with their booking needs
Manage financial transactions and processing payments
Providing recommendations to customers
Responding to customers inquiries
Knowledge of customer and market requirements
Advertise current offers to customers
Alert management of potential security issues or client complaints
Resolve customer complaints and issues
Consultative assistance to customer
Adhere to timelines schedules
Qualifications
Matric / Grade 12
Additional Information
Agent should be willing to work in a 24×7 environment including weekend working (Predominantly Night Shifts)
