Role Overview
As the Inbound Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving high-quality inbound leads and enhancing our brand visibility. Your expertise will help us connect with mid-market to enterprise employers, typically those with over 500 full-time employees.
Duties And Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Campaigning
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting industries such as Retail, Mining, and Finance.?
Implement A/B testing to refine campaign performance.?
Oversee social media strategies to boost brand engagement.?
Automation
Administer marketing automation platforms, including CRM systems, sequences, and workflows.?
Utilize automation tools like Zapier to enhance marketing efficiency.?
Measurement
Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics.?
Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align strategies and measure outcomes.?
Content Generation
Create engaging SEO-focused content using tools like ChatGPT and Canva.?
Manage and optimize our marketing websites, product sites, and landing pages.?
Events
Organize and promote quarterly thought-leadership webinars.?
Brand Awareness
Enhance graylink’s brand visibility and recognition in the market.?
Promote our products effectively to target audiences.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.?
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in inbound or digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.?
Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems, SEO best practices, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).?
Content Creation: Experience with content creation tools such as ChatGPT and Canva.?
Automation: Familiarity with automation platforms like Zapier.?
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.?
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven mindset.?
Project Management: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.?
Industry Knowledge: Experience in marketing B2B SaaS solutions to mid-market and enterprise employers with over 500 full-time employees.
