Work Hours: This role requires you to work US based hours (EST) (15h00 – 24h00 SAST).
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
Healthcare Knowledge:
Basic experience preferred but not required; comprehensive training provided.
Customer Service
Experience:
1-2 years preferred; inbound phone experience a plus.
Attention to Detail:
Accurate and detail oriented.
Multitasking:
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Computer Skills:
Proficient with technology and data entry systems.
