Title: Implementation Coordinator
Company: Braun Management
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa
Braun Management specializes in resolving organizational friction and clarifying decision rights for executive leadership teams. We focus on providing evidence-backed analysis and structural truths to organizations navigating complex governance challenges.
The Implementation Coordinator position exists to support a specific engagement with our partner, a global consultancy growing its reach and internal systems. In this role, you will manage the administrative and organizational tasks that allow our consultants to focus on high-level restructuring and analysis. This is a fully remote position that requires a high degree of organization and a preference for logical, structured work. You will be responsible for ensuring that the logistical foundation of our projects remains solid even as the scope of our work expands.
What you will do
- Maintain detailed project timelines and update internal trackers to reflect the current progress of client engagements.
- Draft comprehensive meeting summaries that capture specific decisions, assigned tasks, and accountability updates for executive teams.
- Organize documentation and digital files required for the rigorous analysis of client organizational structures.
- Monitor deadlines for recurring administrative tasks and remind internal team members of approaching project milestones.
- Verify that all client-facing reports and documents adhere to our internal standards for precision and formatting.
- Assist consultants in the preparation of evidence-backed briefing materials for board meetings and governance reviews.
- Coordinate remote meeting schedules across several time zones to facilitate consistent communication within the global project team.
- Document internal friction points identified during project phases and flag them for the senior consulting team to review.
What we are looking for
- A high level of accuracy when managing information in spreadsheets and project management software.
- Strong interest in business systems and how large organizations distribute decision rights among leadership.
- The ability to write in a clear, formal, and concise manner without using unnecessary corporate filler.
- Initial exposure to business administration or a similar field through studies, internships, or entry-level positions.
- A disciplined approach to independent work in a fully remote environment where self-management is essential.
- Comfort using a variety of digital tools to maintain a single source of truth for project documentation.
- A logical mindset that prefers orderly processes and predictable administrative workflows.
- Fluency in English and a professional communication style suitable for high-level business environments.
How we work
We are a distributed team that prioritizes deep, focused work over the distractions typically found in traditional offices. At Braun Management, we operate with the belief that written documentation is the most effective way to solve complex problems. If a plan or an issue is not written down with clarity, we consider it unresolved. This fully remote culture relies on trust and accountability, where each team member is responsible for their own schedule while maintaining a high standard of responsiveness. Our communication is direct and observational, focusing on the factual reality of the projects we manage rather than speculative advice or hype.
What we offer
- Professional development through exposure to complex organizational puzzles and high-level consulting work.
- A fully remote work environment that respects personal time and encourages focused, productive hours.
- Competitive compensation that is attractive for entry-level positions within the consulting and project management market.
- The opportunity to earn a permanent, full-time role within a growing consultancy partnership.
- A workplace culture that values precision, logic, and the practical application of evidence-backed conclusions.
The work of an Implementation Coordinator requires a steady hand and a focus on the small details that make a large restructuring effort successful. By coordinating the moving parts of our client engagements, you help provide the clarity needed for leaders who are stuck in structural loops. Your contributions ensure that our analytical work is translated into organized, manageable actions for our partners and clients. This role is fundamental to maintaining the high standards of accuracy that Braun Management is known for in the field of organizational consulting.
