About the role
As an Immigration Attorney, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional legal solutions, supporting clients with complex immigration matters, and making a meaningful impact on their lives and businesses.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
2 years’ experience in a corporate environment (Advantageous).
Proven experience as an Immigration Attorney, with expertise in various immigration matters is advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Client Portfolio Management
Oversee a portfolio of professional and corporate clients, offering expert legal consultation and representation on immigration matters.
Legal Advisory
Advise clients on the most suitable visa and permit options, addressing potential risks and ensuring compliance with immigration laws.
Case Management
Manage cases end-to-end, including drafting legal documents, preparing applications, and ensuring timely submission to relevant authorities.
Client Engagement
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, attending meetings, and providing personalized legal solutions.
Regulatory Liaison
Engage with government authorities across Africa to ensure seamless processing of immigration applications.
Legislative Updates:
Stay informed on changes in immigration law and provide clients with timely updates.
