Job Description

Nursetec SA seeks, Clinical Facilitator, to perform the following functions:

Facilitate induction and orientation for new staff and ensure all compliance records are completed.
Identify training needs, coordinate training activities, and maintain accurate training documentation.
Assess clinical competencies, address skill gaps, and ensure adherence to nursing standards and protocols.
Promote continuous professional development, including CPD points and BLS/CPR compliance.
Build strong client relationships and conduct on‑site quality and compliance checks.
Manage incident reporting, investigations, sanctions, and client communication within required timelines.
Oversee IOD, needle‑stick, and exposure incident processes and ensure accurate legislative reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:

– Relevant Nursing degree or Diploma.

– ICU Trained

– Relevant experience in Life Health Care Hospitals will be advantageous.

Skills:

· Superior interpersonal Skills.

· People Management Skills.

· Ability to take educational charge.

· Computer literate.
